QUESTIONS
Q. How do I schedule a Party?
It's
easy! Just click on "Build-Your-Party" or "BIRTHDAY PARTIES" at the top of your screen in the menu links, and
we will walk you through the simple booking process! Or give us a
call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! Q. How many guests can I invite?
Each party package has 10 admission tickets included. An additional
charge will apply for more guests being added to your package.
The package can accommodate up to 14 paid party guests. For more
than
14 guests, a second party package must be purchased in order to
accommodate your desired guest count. If you book two party packages
you would
then have 20 admission tickets, 20 place settings, 2 tables….etc.
Q. Can I have 2 guests of honor?
YES, YES, YES… You can have a two guests of honor for your party, please
list both of their names and birthday when booking your party.
Q. Will there be someone in the party zone to help with my cake, pizza, etc.?
Absolutely! Our party hosts are at your service. We will do EVERYTHING
we can to make your party perfect. Your party host will refill your
drinks, get you more plates, napkins, silverware, a lighter, etc.
They typically do not cut your cake or serve it because most
parents enjoy
taking on that role. Your host will also set up your table and clean
everything up!!!
Q. Can I give my party host a tip?
Tipping is greatly appreciated. If you feel your party host has done
a great job please feel free to tip. A 10% tip is customary but how
much you give should be dependant on how great the party host was.
Q. Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in
the party room?
We
provide all paper products and set up everything for you prior to your
table time (tablecloth, plates, cups, napkins). In
order to keep things running smoothly and on time we do not allow
outside decorations or party goods. For paid party guests the plates,
napkins,
and cups are "party" themed and are gender neutral for boys and girls. For extra guests (parents,
extra siblings…) who are just there to "have cake" we can provide generic white plates and utensils for them free of charge. *cups
will be an additional charge of $1 per cup in order to drink from
the unlimited soda that comes free for paid party guests. No outside
cups
are allowed.
Q. What if I want to do a themed party with my decorations?
We understand that some parties may have a specific theme.
We accommodate that by letting you bring in your own themed cake, and
balloons. No other themed items are allowed in the facility.
Q. Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
We
have gone to great lengths to professionally decorate our facility,
so we ask that you do not bring any outside
decorations. Absolutely
no confetti or silly string will be allowed in or outside the
facility. If you use them you may be subject to a $25 clean-up
fee.
Q. Can I bring in my own food?
When you "Build-Your-Party you have
the option to add pizza and other items to your party. The party
package already comes with unlimited soda for all paid party participants
while
they are at the partyzone table.
Q. What type of Pizza do you serve?
We make our own homemade pizza from our King
Pizza Company Kitchen. We use only the finest ingredients and seasonings.
We have Cheese,
Pepperoni, and Hawaiian pizzas to choose from.
Q. How much does a pizza feed?
Our King Pizza Company medium hand tossed pizza has 8 slices or 16
double cut. It is dependent on the age of the person as to how
many slices they can
eat. Additional pizzas are only $11.95 and if you can't finish
it all we will box it up for you to enjoy at home.
Q. How many slices are in a pizza?
To help minimize waist, we cut our medium size pizzas
into 16 slices for your convenience. This way, children and adults
can have just the right amount.
Q. What is the price of additional adult pizza?
Cheese
- $11.95ea.
Pepperoni - $11.95ea.
Hawaiian
- $11.95ea.
Q. When should I order pizza, goody bags, & other
options?
In order to have pizza ready for your party during your
reserved table time, you must order extra pizza's 48 hours before your
party.
Don't forget that grown-ups love OUR pizza too,
and we have
whole pizzas
available just for them for only $11.95ea.
Q. Can I have alcohol for the adults?
Since we are a children's party facility we do not allow alcohol for
any public sessions or private events.
Q. Do you charge per attendee for pizza and drinks.
We don't charge a per attendee fee for FOOD. You order as much pizza
and as you need for your guests.
Q. Why should we put 10 minutes time sooner than our party
actually starts on our invitations?
We suggest that your guests have a 10 minute window to arrive. (As
many guest will be 15 minutes late.) This way all of your party guests
will
be there when your party starts!
Q. How early should I arrive before my party?
It is best if you arrive the same
time your party does (10 minutes early). Our party host will take
care of all the set-up so you don't
need to. Just arrive with your guests and let our party host take
care of everything.
Q. What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?
We ask that you bring your camera,
candles, and of course the kids!!! Everything else is provided
in your party package.
Q. Are drinks provided with a party booking?
Of course! With every party booking we
offer unlimited soda for all "PAID PARTY GUESTS" while they are
enjoying their time at the party table. Additional cups are available
for $1.00ea. Please do not bring outside cups as they are not
permitted in the facility at any time. Thank you!
Q. Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other
adults and children are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!
Q. Can I spend more than the designated 1 hour at my table
in the party zone?
We're
sorry, but we cannot extend your table time due to other parties that
may be booked after yours. If you feel you will
need more than 1 hour in the party zone you can book another party
package for the hour after yours for an additional cost of another party
package. That way you would extend your time.
Q. Can I move my cake, presents, and other birthday items to another
table in the snack bar once my reserved table is finished?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate party items at other
tables once you have finished your reservation. We do not allow the
consumption of cake or the opening of presents at any other tables
in the facility. You will need to finish cake, and the opening of presents
during your reserved table time. Once you have finished, all remaining
cake and birthday items must be removed back to your vehicle. This
policy is strictly enforced so that all patrons may enjoy the use of
the open snack bar area.
Q. Do we start our party in the party room or start with
skating first?
We
have two options to meet everyone's needs: You can start in the party
zone and do pizza, cake and presents first... OR you
can skate first and do the party zone last. Either option is available
(depending on how booked we are) when you make your reservation.
Q. Do you provide party zone set up and clean up?
Absolutely! We will set up your table and clean up afterwards.
Q. Can I bring food to my party?
You
may bring cake and/or cupcakes to your party. We're sorry, but no other
outside food or drink is permitted at any time. This is STRICTLY enforced
at all times.
Q. Are there any additional items that I need to bring to
the party?
If
you will be bringing a cake, please bring candles. You can also purchase
a package of candles for $1 from your hostess. We
have lighters for you to use for your convenience.
Q. Is a deposit required?
At
the time of reservation, we require payment in FULL in order to
secure your desired date and time. No other payment is needed on
the day of your party unless you add additional items. All payments
are non-refundable and a 7 day notice is required in case the need
to reschedule arises. A re-schedule fee of $25 may be applied to
your party.
Q. What if I need to reschedule my party?
Remember that your payment is non-refundable (sorry-no
exceptions). To avoid additional charges, a re-scheduling of your party
must be done with at least 7 days notice. A $25 fee may be applied.
